1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to the TenderLab websites and application (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — pending owner input, Decision D4] ("TenderLab", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Plans and payment

  • The Service is offered on both free and paid plans. The plan you hold determines the features and usage limits available to your organization.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own pages. No payment details are collected by TenderLab, and we neither see nor store your card details.
  • Fees, billing periods and the features of each plan are those published on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. We will announce any change to commercial terms in advance, and you may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data instead of accepting them.

3. Your account and acceptable use

  • Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information in your workspace and procurement profile.
  • Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or overload the Service; do not access data of other organizations; do not use automated means to extract the Service's data at scale; do not resell access without our written agreement.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk, and will tell you why unless prohibited by law.

4. Tender data — no warranty

Tender notices, deadlines, values, and related information originate from third-party official procurement portals. TenderLab reproduces, structures, and analyses that information but does not control it. It may be incomplete, delayed, or changed at the source. Always verify every detail against the original notice — which the Service links — before making any bid decision. TenderLab is not affiliated with or endorsed by any procurement portal or financing institution whose notices it monitors.

5. Scores and analysis are decision support, not advice

Match scores, qualification insights, risk indications, and document analyses are generated by software — including AI-assisted components — from your profile and the available tender data. They can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated, and coverage varies by tender (for example, analysis depends on which documents a source publishes). They are provided as decision support only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Bid decisions and their outcomes are yours.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service on it (store it, process it for matching and analysis, display it to your workspace members). Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and non-tender content, is owned by TenderLab or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your organization's internal business purposes during your subscription or Early Access participation.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENDERLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BIDS, OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR USD 100.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via [email protected]. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 4, 5, 7, and 8 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION — pending owner input, Decision D4], excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify registered users by email before they take effect.
